“THE SHOOTING STAR”
The shooting star among Styrian wines, it was introduced by Archduke Johann as early as the 19th century. This greenish-yellow shimmering wine impresses with its attractive nettle – gooseberry aroma. Its taut structure is accompanied by a finely chiseled acid and is long-lasting on the finish.
This is a quality wine, dry, from South Styria with 12.0% vol. alcohol, lovingly bottled in a 0.75 l bottle.
The Southern Styria wine region is characterized by a steep hilly landscape and a pronounced Illyrian climate. The grapes grown under these climatic and topographical conditions make it possible to vinify fine-fruity and profound wines.
The Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing summer wine that is often served chilled with food. It goes well with almost all dishes, especially with Wiener Schnitzel with potato salad or fish.
